Nine years ago, after ages of struggles as a single mom and college student, I found my happy place in a cup of tea! It healed me like a miracle, dragged me out of dark corners of anxiety and depression. Since then, the journey of “Nina's Herbal Teas & Things” began.

Once upon a time in New York City.

Everything was dark and gloomy until the day I first tried Ashwagandha Tea, hoping it would make me feel better. Frankly, there was not much hope but a mere expectation. Surprisingly, not only did it change my mood but also pushed me into the right track of healing.

That happy accident was the beginning of my tea journey, and since then, it was all about learning, exploring, and experimenting. Holistic medicine has always been my passion, and teas and herbs have ignited this passion as it helped me and even my little one, who suffered chronically from allergies. So for me, this journey is too personal and something I love to share with the world.

Thus began “Nina's Herbal Teas & Things”...

Nina's Herbal Teas & Things is 100% operated by me; Yanitza Nina & represents my years of learning and self-experimenting into herbalism. Each ingredient is soured, tried, and tested by me before turning it into a sublime tea blend.
